How about that, pay $330,000,000 for $4,000. That is the government at work
for you. It looks like the FBI is is into bribes that make Alaska state
legislators' bribes look miniscule. Why doesn't someone prosecute the FBI
for bribery?

The FBI made no such arrangement with Allen.
