Default Is France right to ban the burka ?

President Sarkozy has reiterated that the burka is "not welcome" in
France. A French parliamentary committee has recommended that anyone
showing visible signs of "radical religious practice" should be
refused residence cards and citizenship.

Is it right for France to ban the burka ?

It is wrong.
What if a religion which considers the color white as sacred.
Would people then ban clothings in white?

No, it's right. Burka is a means of oppresion for women along with ritual
mutilation, beating and "honor" murder, as many other Muslim "inventions".
There is presently no clothing colour which is a means of oppresion of
anybody, like yellow for Jews was during the middle ages, so your
comparison actually missed the target. There is a ban of oppression not a
ban of religion.

The burka is just a piece of cloth which if you think about it, could
be re-fashioned to cover your chest, buttocks, etc But the burka
covers the entire face except the eyes. So what so bad about that?
It's the same as Ninjas in ancient Japan. Then here is where we are
only seeing the tip of the iceberg. On the surface it looks innocent
enough, but below, it may hold dangerous ideologies or extremist
philosophies. It is no long just a piece of clothing but what does the
burka represent? What repercussions does it have on those who wear
them and to those who come into contact with them? Does it represent a
"separative" statement? Is a separative signal what the country wants?
Does the burka represent a repressive ideology in the modern society
of equality. In france, about 2,000 people wear the burka in a
population of over 60 million. I am more concern about extremist
elements that have hidden agendas and is only using the burka as an
excuse to further their own ends.

France now realised that they previously go easy with the exodus of
middle eastern ppl into their country. Look at their city
subway....like shits environment....their city low lying area building
like shits with vandalism all over the place. There is vast difference
if comparing the street of Paris and Cologne (Germany).....Why? The
street of Paris is being tarnished by those middle eastern muslim.

Yes it's right but only because it is hiding peoples identities. How
would a street cam find a potential terrorist if they had their face
covered?
